Protect Them From Dirt And Dust: Use a soft-bristled brush or a soft cloth to gently remove any dirt or dust from the surface of your juttis. Do not use water or any cleaning agents to wash your pair. 

Store Them Properly: Always store your juttis in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

In our experience, it typically takes 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement, depending on your card network. For items bought through Cash on Delivery, we will provide a store credit which can be used for future purchase within 30 days.
