How To Take Care-

Keep Them Dry: Avoid wearing your juttis in rain or wet conditions as it can damage the fabric or leather. If your juttis get wet, allow them to dry naturally away from direct sunlight or heat.

Protect Them From Dirt And Dust: Use a soft-bristled brush or a soft cloth to gently remove any dirt or dust from the surface of your juttis. Do not use water or any cleaning agents to wash your pair. 

Store Them Properly: Always store your juttis in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We hope that you'll love everything that you purchase from us, but if not, you can return your items within 7 days of your purchase. Please note items being returned should be in original condition. If the items being returned are used/ damaged due to wear and tear, Love Kaari reserves the right to refuse the refund. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? Only pre-paid orders will be refunded on the card that was used to make the purchase. Successful refund appears on your bank statement in real time, depending on card network and issuing bank. You can't cancel refunds after they have been initiated. You will be notified over email only if you have created an account and stored your email address on our database. In our experience, it typically takes 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement, depending on your card network. For items bought through Cash on Delivery, we will provide a store credit which can be used for future purchase within 30 days.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account or Love Kaari wallet.
