WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? Only pre-paid orders will be refunded on the card that was used to make the purchase. Successful refund appears on your bank statement in real time, depending on card network and issuing bank. You can't cancel refunds after they have been initiated. You will be notified over email only if you have created an account and stored your email address on our database. In our experience, it typically takes 14 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statement, depending on your card network. For items bought through Cash on Delivery, we will provide a store credit which can be used for future purchase within 30 days.
